GoogleWent to see a house, applied for it immediately, we could move in whenever. We rang pretty much everday to get an update and were promised by the end of the day we would know whether we had it not. We literally haven't heard a word from anyone, weren't told we hadn't got it so we were in limbo for a long while. Just had to presume we never got it. We were desperate to get out of where we were so that was 3 weeks completely wasted on this house with this company when had they told us we could of started looking elsewhere. Really rude and I'm not sure they realise how much this can affect someone's life when they need to move!

GoogleSadly they don't call you back if you view a property and the landlord chooses somebody else to rent it........... very polite and up to speed when booking viewings or enquiring, but can't be bothered to inform you if the property goes to somebody else.
