GoogleI’ve stayed with Ingleby Homes for a loong time now as I’m in rental and they really do go above and beyond! Absolutely amazing team, especially Vikki, she’s literally saved my life a few times! I cannot thank this company enough more so Vikki. I would 10000% recommend this company to anyone ☺️

GoogleCustomer service and attention to detail is second to none. Recently sold a property we had 20 viewings in a couple of weeks they work hard at customer service. They did all the chasing all the team fully on the ball. What I like about Ingelby Homes is they have a dedicated team for sales and one for lettings unlike a lot of agents where they skimp on staff doing all roles but having a dedicated team doing specific areas really helps. Selling a property I wouldn’t hesitate in using IH. A huge thank you Jayne Karen and Julie 👍❤️

FacebookWe sold and bought with Ingleby Homes and I’m so glad we chose them. Buying and selling houses can be extremely stressful but Ingleby Homes made sure everything went at seamlessly as possible. Karen seemed to know what we wanted more than we did ourselves and definitely pointed us in the direction of our dream home (one that we just kept scrolling past). There were a few complications on the way but Karen and her team dealt with these quickly and effectively. Thank you so much for all the hard work you put in would recommend to anyone

GoogleSubsequent to submission of an offer on a property in Ingleby Barwick, I was informed by telephone that my offer had been accepted and I was requested to provide evidence of sufficient funds. I agreed to visit their office the following morning in order to present the necessary documentation. Being convinced that my purchase was now secured, I proceeded to transfer funds into an account from which they could be further transferred by telephone instruction for purchase of the property following return to my country of residence. However, to my surprise, I was contacted again by Ingleby homes, on that afternoon, informaing me that there had been another similar offer which they would have to forward to the vendor. It appeared that they were trying to force a higher offer, even though my offer had already been accepted. They said they would update me on subsequent developments. Later that afternoon I was contacted again by Ingleby homes, informing me that my offer had now been declined. I feel that this was a betrayal of trust, and an absolute waste of my time and effort. I would never deal with this company again and would urge others who value decency and integrity to do likewise. Subsequent to the response from Ingleby Homes, I wish to add that they DID NOT ask if I wished to increase my offer. They said that an offer, equal to mine had been recieved from a first time buyer, and that the vendor, having previously accepted my offer, now wished to reverse that decision and accept the other equal offer. I was informed by email that the vendor would now proceed in that way. Never was I invited to increase my offer. If they dispute this claim, I can upload their response which clearly vindicates my claim. It is clearly more than integrity they appear to lack.
Legally, We have to take instructions from our seller Paul, although we absolulety understand your frustration. We did return to you to inform you another offer had been made, and gave you a chance to increase? As any good agent would. You declined. We are genuinely sorry your offer was not successful on this occasion and will actively seek you a similar property if you wish! Thank you Ingleby Homes

I Literally turned into a stalker - calling daily, torturing - “Julie” asking questions, chasing for updates - and the whole team couldn’t be nicer, calling me back with updates soon as they came in, putting the pressure on when needed to third parties - right there till the end. I’d highly recommend. I’m not sure I’d be aloud back 🤣🤣 but they were amazing to deal with xxx

GoogleWe viewed a property to rent with ingleby homes. Special attention as it was for a wheelchair user. Kerry at Ingleby could not do enough to help,and went above and beyond to reassure us, support us and answer any questions and sort out any issues we had..my sister has moved in .and we can't thank Ingleby homes and Kerry enough, the happy ending to a very long journey of searching.

GoogleMe and my wife wanted a view a rental property.We both work full time 9-5 Monday to Friday so we asked the company if they did evening or weekend viewings only to be told they didn’t so how do working people get to view properties? So if your working full time don’t bother with this company their not interested.
As was discussed, I’m afraid the current tenant is carrying out the viewings (not us) She has young children so the options provided were not available to unfortunately

FacebookIf you are considering selling in Ingleby Barwick, I highly recommend Ingleby Homes. All of the staff that we met or spoke to were friendly and efficient. Viewings were stacked into blocks of time, to minimize inconvenience for us, and Karen followed up promptly with both us and the potential buyers after each viewing. Even with the added challenge of one of the sellers being overseas, communication throughout was great, and the sale was completed quickly. If we were to sell again in the area, we would choose Ingleby Homes again. Thanks team!

FacebookThese guys were so good from the very beginning, all the way through our sale and purchase they have been supportive, patient and understanding. Each member of staff was honest and managed our expectations. Moving is so stressful and Ingleby homes understand that, Karen and Tracey went above and beyond to make the whole process as quick as possible. The photos Anthony took and the way our home was marketed ensured we had a sale within 2 weeks! I would recommend Ingleby homes to anyone moving house, its more than just selling houses to them.

FacebookNo other Estate agent is as attentive as Ingleby Homes. They have a personal touch and are genuinely interested in their customers. Their level of communication was by far outstanding compared to other estate agents in the area. I can not recommend them enough. When we wanted to view properties they were handling, they went above and beyond to make sure we had viewings that suited us, even during unsociable hours & were very quick to respond to our requests. They kept me up to date with all aspects of the sale of our property and were always one step ahead of everyone else when it came to our sale.
