We were looking for a suitable and affordable house in or around Appleton and we were lucky for one to come available that matched our criteria. Alex and mark Anthony helped us every step of the way in our application process. there was a quick turnaround and we were able to move in quicker then anticipated which was perfect for us. The only dashboard is easy to use to report jobs and a paper trail can be seen through this regarding recipes etc. All in all we are happy with the good strong customer service we have been provided and hope to continue to stay for as long as possible.

Relocated from North Wales to Cheshire - looking for a minimum 2 bed property in a semi-rural location for the last 12 months. Due to over inflated market prices across Cheshire - it was difficult to find what I was looking for. Finally, a property came onto the market through Mark Antony estate agents, at the right price in the right location. After contacting Mark Antony - viewing was arranged for the very next morning. I was fortunate enough to have an offer accepted very quickly (the same day) and slightly under the asking price! I would highly recommend anyone thinking of buying or selling their property to look at Mark Antony. They also recommended their local solicitor for my conveyancing - they were competitive in their rates and completion took less than six weeks! A five star service - fully deserved!

I was very impressed with the service I received. Mark Antony go above and beyond to make sure everyone in the chain is aware of what's going on, not just the seller. I appreciated the updates and the fact that they chased the solicitors on both sides, it took a big weight off my shoulders. I liked the InTouch app to see how far along we were and appreciated the case note updates when there was any progress. Thank you to everyone at Mark Antony that helped the process go smoothly.

I have used Mark Antony estate agents in Stockton Heath for a few property related matters over the last few years and have always found all of the staff very professional and helpful. Everyone is always happy to help and and guide me through the process whether it has been buying, selling or renting. Other nearby estate agents have seemingly put blocks in my way in the past but I have never had anything but assistance from this office. Most recently they have sold a property for me after only a few weeks, having conducted all of the viewings on my behalf. I did not consider using any other estate agent and would firmly recommend Mark Antony to anybody buying a property in this area.

It always feels like all the staff at Mark Antony are on your side, you can speak to any of them and they'll find your property and take some action. Our sale took a long time, and fell through once, and we put it on hold while we decorated, they were patient and supportive throughout that time (over 12 months!) Katie, Jenny and Becky all kept in touch regularly, updated us consistently about viewings, gave advice on what we should / shouldn't do to get viewings, and sometimes just told us to be patient rather than taking action that might cost us money for little return. A great team!

We cannot recommend Mark Antony Estates enough. They have been fantastic throughout the whole selling process. We were attracted to them because after viewing their website we found out they are a family firm and really liked their values. Katie particularly, but Laura too, has been of so much help with advice and support along the way and nothing has been too much trouble for them. They took control of the details of the sale from the start and the whole process has been very stress-free. If you want an Estate Agent who is professional, efficient, friendly and always approachable then choose Mark Antony Estates!

We found Marc Antony Estates very easy to deal with, the initial meeting was informative, with plenty of details about how the sales process would work. The pack they put together for the house was of excellent quality, and the photos were terrific! The first people who viewed the house, bought it! Throughout the process, right through to completion, we were kept very well informed of what was happening - every visit to the house by the buyers, when the survey was done, and so on. They even came over and cleaned up after the surveyor left a mess in the house. Altogether an excellent service, and I highly recommend them.

Sandra from Mark Antony came to visit us at our property. She was so warm, friendly and helpful. She asked lots of questions about our house and gave us tips to maximise saleability. She answered all of our questions and seemed very knowledgeable and confident. The valuation she gave us was spot on. We felt that she and Mark Antony would be the best agents to sell our property as the photography was superior, the fees were very reasonable and they really do go the extra mile. Communication has been fantastic throughout and our property had 2 offers within 2 days of going on the market! Very impressed and happy to recommend.
