GoogleWe needed to move closer to our family. We choose Mark Antony as they were offering great service. They sold our property quickly, we got asking price and they made it so straight forward. GoogleWe recently bought a property via Mark Antony Agents and we were treated as if we were the customer (even though Vendor was paying the bill!) Katie was particularly helpful at offer stage and even though our offer was not the highest she was able to negotiate with her client given our strong financial position) The rest of the team helped to get the sale across the line and even agreed to escorted visits in what would have been their own time) We have now appointed them to handle the sale of our own house despite there being many other local firms to chose from. GoogleNow that I am getting older , I needed to sell my house which is in a fairy remote spot. I wanted to move into the village to be near a bus stop, shops and my family. Mark Antony Estates were recommended to me by a friend, and I have been very satisfied with their service. Although it has taken some time to sell my house, as it is a one off. Sandra kept in touch regularly, to update me on her progress. She sent out emails to prospective buyers and sent people round to view if they seemed really interested. I waited patiently knowing that eventually she would find me the right buyers. All of the staff that I have spoken to at Mark Antony are friendly, helpful and efficient. If you are thinking of selling, just give Sandra at Mark Antony Estates a call. I wouldn't use any other agent. Thank you Sandra and all the staff. GoogleMark Antony have been extremely easy to deal with right from the beginning when Sonya valued my property. I decided to put my house up for sale in March 2020 but I was worried how my house would sell due to the impending lock-down because of COVID-19, however, a professional photographer was arranged straight away so my property could be viewed online and also a virtual tour for interested buyers, luckily just before the country was put on lock-down. I was kept up to date even when there wasn't much of an update, and whenever I had a question Katie was really quick at responding and her customer service is brilliant. Since viewings have been able to take place I have dealt with the rest of the team; Charlotte, Laura and Jenny and had the same level of service throughout. GoogleDue to an international job opportunity, we started looking to rent our home at the start of the COVID-19. Beth Cheetham, Lauren Laffey and their team were the quickest to reply to all of our many queries and were happy to complete a rental and sale valuation using video chat. Beth gave our property the highest rental valuation, and Lauren was able to deliver it after one viewing! They definitely surpassed our expectations and we couldn't be more pleased. We would highly recommend the Mark Antony for prospective landlords.

GoogleWe used Mark Antony Estate and Letting Agents to fill a property of ours with tenants. We found the staff friendly and professional throughout. At one point in the process, we felt Mark Antony Estate were not fully meeting our expectations. We expressed this to them and they took our concerns on board and quickly redirected their actions to better fulfil our needs. Our property now has tenants in and overall we are pleased with the service we received and will definitely be using Mark Antony Estate and Letting Agents again!

GoogleGreat Service and friendly staff. Honest valuation and knowledgeable with current market trends. We had our house for sale with several other agents with no joy and they just kept pushing price drop after price drop. Mark Antony were more realistic with their expectations and marketed the house really well. We sold our property very soon after it hit the market and Mark Antony have been great with their communication throughout. My only regret is that we didnt market with them sooner.

GoogleVery professional service. All the girls are nice and friendly and driven to decrease awaiting time for complition. My main point of contact was Katie Leeman. She is a real star in there. She is pleasent to communicate with, exremely friendly and helpfull. I would highly recommend MA. It was easy to appoint viewing (Sarah was absolute delight and very well informed about property) and all the process went nice and smooth. I personally would give an extra star if that was possible.

GoogleThis was my first time renting, I've been looking around at different agencies, but Mark Antony stood head and shoulders above the others for the way they engaged and communicated. Both Amy & Becky were excellent, really friendly, always took the time go through everything clearly, and answer my many questions. When I went into the office all the staff were warm and welcoming! They would always respond quickly to my emails. The App they provide is very easy to use and navigate, you can at a glance track what stage you're up to. I would totally recommend Mark Antony to anybody.

GoogleFantastic Customer Service! We just bought a house that was sold through Mark Antony Estates. They made everything so easy, from arranging views to helping to keep us in the loop between both parties solicitors. We personally dealt with Laura in the early stages who was lovely. Then Jenny who was brilliant. She helped speed the process along and kept me informed. It was a great help with us being first time buyers. GoogleRebacca has been all handling all aspects of our experiences - from the iniial telephone call to advise that she wouldl be sending a pre-work order (quotation) together with full contact details for the tenant, in order for me to contact them directly to arrange access. Once the inspection has been completed and the quotation has been sent to Rebecca she has efficiently let us know that this quotation has been sent to the owner of the property and informed once the owner has approved for the work (at the price quoted) to be carried out. Once the work has been completed I have contacted Rebecca to inform her and once the work has been approved by Rebecca, the tenant and the owner, has efficiently passed on the invoice to the relevant department in order for them to arrange payment. I cannot fault the service that Rebecca has provided and would gladly pass on this recommendation and hopefully will continue with this positive relationship. Well done Rebecca!! (Becky). All telephone calls have been returned promptly and I cannot fault the efficient service provided by Rebecca and her colleagues. My wife has previously been PA to a senior executve (Managing Director) of a large local water utility and I has excellent standards. Even after your offer has been accepted they are still on side ensuring everything with the sale is running smoothly. Takes a lot of stress away from you as their sales progression team do a fantastic job chasing everything and updating you along the way. GoogleHaving spent almost the last 3 years using Mark Antony to rent, I recently used them to purchase a property and I cannot fault them on their support and services during the entire process. Special mentions for Lucy and Beth who I mainly dealt with - they were always easy to contact via email and phone, and they took a lot of the stress off myself! Whenever I dealt with the wider team, they were always extremely friendly and professional. Would highly recommend Mark Antony to anyone in need of a property to either rent or buy.
