Total lack of customer service , Poor communication, rude staff, inefficient service. i had 3 issues during tenancy, 1st one was a water pressure issue, despite chasing nothing happened, in the end they just offered me the landlords number to deal direct! great management , 2nd time i rang to say there was a beeping noise that was going off every minute, the guy came ion a routine inspection and his answer was it is one of your sons toys that has been left on!!! 3 whole months later with that bleep going off every minute, it turned out it was a c02 alarm that was under the floorboards in one of the bedrooms, thankfully it was just a battery that was low rather than a problem , then at end of tenancy we both signed end of tenancy sheet, they then added on a charge a week after and i was told by the arrogant assistant manager (he didnt have the luxury of having the inventory during inspection) LUXURY!! surely you would turn up equipped to do the job rather than rush in and out and then add items after both signed.

Where to start! These guys are fantastic. Without the help of the senior sales consultant Vicki Wilkinson I’m sure we would have waited for months. Professional to a T they pushed the sale through and kept us up to date with everything, especially when the solicitors were all playing games. Honestly don’t bother with internet agents and others around if it wasn’t for these guys I would have had a melt down. Save yourself some stress and go with this lot! Thanks again Vicki. I hope you get to read this you are a super star!

Would of been 0 star if I could of gave nothing - I used them to fully manage my house rental (wasn’t cheap) but we made it clear we would always be moving back into the property as it was our family home and wanted it looking after, what we got couldn’t of been further from that and they were absolutely not interested in anything unless it was in relation to them making £££, what we moved back into was like squatters had been there (they hadn’t) and even then mundys maintained it was ‘minor issues’ wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole knowing what I know now, use at your own peril.

We found all Redbrik staff, from first contact until after completion, very professional, competent and supportive. We were particularly impressed that the photographer came back to take outdoor pictures, following a very wet day originally. They handled the viewings for us seamlessly and feel their methods contributed to our quick sale whilst not being intrusive.
