Grace Sheene contacted me within half an hour of visiting their site, on a Saturday! She was very helpful gave me several relevant estate agents which she has asked to contact me on Monday. Helpful points to ask them, I would certainly recommend her, much easier than doing it on your own.

GetAgent was helpful to compare agents, but they need to be more up front about the commission fees they take as a result of using their site. I ended up having to pay the estate agent a higher commission than they would have otherwise charged as a result which was frustrating

Selling my mothers house and used GetAgent to find estate agents. I've not had to buy or sell a house since the mid 80's so was unsure of how to proceed. The list that came up was useful. I had a call back from Caitlyn Espenilla the following day who was helpful without being pushy.

This company provided an indicative valuation of less than 50% of that from local agents. They are fishermen rather than adding value.

Great platform to find a local agent but what I appreciated most was the follow up call from Caitlyn. She was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Gave some good advice and took the time to understand what was needed to point us in the right direction and even have the Senior Branch managers call us.
