Great advice and very useful information about estate agents. Including agent performance on time to sell, fees, percentage of asking price gained. Getagent are also humans not just algorithms and so my questions were answered and they provided follow up. Really helped me choose an agent. Highly recommend.

Really useful free to use service , I found the recommendations, information on performance and follow up telephone advice given by Caitlyn Espenilla to be very helpful. You don’t even have to ring the agents yourself Get Agent can ask them to contact you. All in all a great service as a customer.

They are called Get Agent. Well, they give me a list of agents in my area and a review of each agent’s success at finding a buyer. From that list we made an informed choice. Each week they send me a review of how the agent we have chosen is performing. I can’t find anything negative to say about this company, so far.

Robyn called me and provided good advice. She asked what I had done with regard to valuations and advised on getting another. She asked another estate agent to provide a valuation and the estate agent contacted me. She also provided a list of questions to ask the estate agent, which was very useful.
