Great service

Caitlyn Espenilla was really helpful and keen to provide me with plenty of information to assist me in finding a suitable agent to value and sell my property. Her response to my enquiry was prompt and friendly, and I felt she couldn't do more to help me.One of the suggested agents was located out of area, which made them not relevant to my search, but that's my only complaint and may be to do with geographic area searches of the Morecambe bay/Fylde coast area sometimes overlapping. If I need to look for an agent again in the future I won't hesitate to use GetAgent and ask Caitlyn for her assistance again.

Brilliant service, highly recommend

I was not sure what to expect when I input my details on the website. I was pleasantly surprised Jameel was so helpful recommending 3 local estate agents and also the reasons for the recommendation. He gave me useful tips including some questions I should be asking. He also arrange for the estate agents to call using a call forwarding system so my number was given out. Brilliant service giving insight into the black hole of property

Could put through the request online…

Could put through the request online and got the info I needed to get started. They then followed up with a phone call the next day. They did ring a few times before I managed to answer but I spoke to Beth and she was very nice. Talked me through where we were up to in the process. Didn’t feel pressured to go for any company in particular and she gave some advice on our next steps.

This may well be a useful route to follow

Ijeoma Agbanyim called me out of the blue and gave me lots of advice, much of which I was familiar with. My house is already on the market but she was suggesting I change estate agents to one they recommend who would have a better marketing strategy. I mentioned that I was thinking of a possible change and named an agent I have in mind. She was keen to suggest 2 others. Being sceptical I asked what they got out of it? She said it was free service and I wouldn’t be paying them anything. No such thing as a free lunch and I now know that if I use one of their recommendations I will be charged a higher fee, some of which will be passed to Get Agent. Up to you what you do. EDIT. Following this review Get Agent phoned me to ask where I got the information about charges being passed on by their recommended Agents. I pointed up other's reviews evidencing the fact. GA were at pains to explain that this should not happen and Agents were under contract not to recover the fee paid to them from their clients. I was reassured that if this happens, and the client reports it to GA, they will intervene and repeat offenders will be delisted. I have no reason now to doubt their professional approach but I’ve kept my 3 star rating for now simply because I have not used a GA recommended Estate Agent yet.

Caitlyn was more than helpful

Caitlyn was more than helpful but her recommended agents would not be my choice as I prefer agents I know about and this is all due to recent previous experiences. I do not want a quick sale which is the other reason for the rating I am simply exploring the possibility of a move and if this happens, I want to know the value of my property before I do anything as at my age I do not want or need a mortgage.

GetAgent is a very useful site for introduction to service providers

GetAgent is a very useful site for finding an Estate Agent in my area. There was a lot of helpful info on their website re agency performance. Within an hour I had received a call from the first agency and shortly after had the second. Two valuations are scheduled now this week. A follow up call from Ijioma Agbanyim this afternoon produced many important tips for questions to the estate agent when they value my property for sale. It is so pleasant to deal with people who are friendly and competent. I would be happy to recommend all those involved.

Lovely, friendly and very helpful call from Daisy this evening. She was calling as a follow up to my visit to their site GetAgent. She enquired if all was well also asking if the estate agent they had contacted for me had rang me (which they had). Jasmine Blades helped me find the right estate agent

Jasmine assisted me to find the top performing estate agents in my area. She was prompt at calling as soon as I made the enquiry online and helped me prepare for agents to visit with suggested questions to ask. She also passed my details on to 2 of the agents, who responded within 24 hours and followed up with me soon after that. The person who rang me as a result of my filling in screens online had obviously read my replies and tailored his need for extra info to those replies. He was positive and polite and friendly and we had a good conversation with lots of information from his side. Better than expected.

I was using Google to get idea of which estate agent to sell my property with and getagent website happen to come up. I filled in a very quick form and was given results of top estate agents, however as there weren't too many reviews on the website I exited it, not thinking much of it and being at square one. The following morning, I received a call from James Richardson, from getagent who asked how I got on with the search and if I needed any help. I was completely honest with James and told him that due to lack of reviews I didn't know how good it was. James went through the top results with me and gave me additional information about 2 estate agents I was considering and also recommended two others, who I was happy to be contacted by as it was a no strings attached call. Within minutes of ending the call with James, both of the estate agents bad called and we had a valuation booked. James also emailed me a list of questions to ask the estate agents as well as links to websites explaining what to look for/next steps. We have decided to list our property with one of the estate agents recommended by James. Would highly recommend.

Very helpful

Very helpful, informative call with GetAgent. I spoke to Jasmine Blades who pointed me immediately in the right direction to get evaluations on my property. I had an emailed list of estate agents near me, together with emails she had sent to the three most likely agents inviting them to contact me. I contacted the first of those agents and made an appointment for them to visit in 24 hrs time. Brillant, my thanks to Jasmine.
