GoogleThe whole process to me moving into my new flat was effortless, really was a breeze in the park! Sophie was great throughout with communication as was Alistair. Simon on the move in day was fab, really couldn’t fault him.

Sophie and Simon have also been very responsive to any queries we may have had along the way. GoogleI've been meaning to do this review for a while but I kept getting distracted! The service I recieved from Sophie and Simon from start to finish was excellent! Their communication was fantastic and I really could not fault them! I was also given the option to do a video call for my rental viewing ad I couldn't make it! The flexibility was so important to me as I'm a single full time working mum. Thank you guys so much! Me and my daughter love our home x

GoogleWow what a friendly and professional team! The team have been great throughout, they respond quickly and really take the time for you as an individual. I’ve been with many letting agents over the years and can wholeheartedly say this was the smoothest, friendliest and most efficient process. This was the first time I had bought a second property so was feeling very daunted. Originally I had contacted him, following a recommendation, to provide advice about the rental market. Googlevery professional outfit from the very lovely Ellen to Simon who handled my inventory and handover of keys. Most of their operation is digital which means everything is emailed so no huge mountains of paper and they do things when they say they will do them, no having to chase people with multiple phone calls.
