I would highly recommend Blueleaf Property & wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future! I unfortunately found myself in a situation where I had to look for a new place to live after separating from my long term partner, so as you can imagine this was a rather traumatic & emotional time for myself having to be forced into moving when I really didn't want too! The whole process with Blueleaf Property, especially dealing with Claire, from start to finish was made as easy & stress free as possible. From the initial enquiry when I found somewhere I was interested in, right up to the day I moved in. They kept me informed along the way & I never had to ring them to chase anything up. For anyone that has rented before you will know how stressful it can be waiting to be the 'chosen' one & then going through the traumatic part of the referencing side of a new tenancy. In fact the whole referencing side of things took hours rather than days to complete which made things my side a whole lot smoother & stress free, so thank you so much. Everyone at Blueleaf that I have had dealings with, Claire, Simon & Alistair were so calm & patient with me - even with me asking hundreds of questions about measuring up the living room space to see what furniture I could fit in & also about the size of the fridge/freezer space. On the day I moved in Simon was so calm & patient & showed me round the house again & was extremely thorough when it came to the meter readings & showing me how to test the smoke & carbon monoxide alarms. Even after I had moved in & checked the inventory & noticed some small maintenance issues, someone turned up within a couple of days to have a look, so I feel totally confident that any issues I have in the future will be rectified quickly & efficiently.
