When looking for an agent to market, assist and generally remove the stress and strain of operating a “buy-2-let” property a good friend recommend the services of Blueleaf Property, and what a good friend she was, indeed. We engaged with the team from front of house, through to services and legal and I cannot speak highly enough of everyone we dealt with across the business. We had some minor corrections required to ensure a healthy and safe property would attracted the widest field of applicant and the team ensure the relevant trades carried out the work to a high standard and at a fair price. The tenants had a point of contact as did I and the process was faultless. All transactions efficient and end of year tax statements provided in a timely manner. So all in all the team all are deserving of 5*’s each.
