GoogleVery helpful and easy to work with. Shona, the letting negotiator, kept me updated regularly by e-mail, and helped me through the entire process. Couldn't have asked for better service.

GoogleHaving both rented (as a the home owner and over a 4 year period - while living abroad) and sold a house through these guys i couldn't recommend them enough. They go way over and above to help. These are good professional people running a great responsive service. They are fair to all parties and have a common sense approach. They have helped us out with additional things recently even although we are no longer technically clients of theirs. Don't hesitate to use them you will get a very professional service from real people you can talk to and build strong working relationships with. Its stressful renting your property when you are living on the other side of the world as we where. I and very glad we chose them and would use them again in a heart beat.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe sold our house during COVID and it was a very uncertain time, but the team were really good at keeping us up to date with everything, supporting us in our decisions and making sure we sold at a good price. They were all also super friendly and professional. I can't fault them and would definitely use them again if I was to sell my house again. 😊

GoogleI would massively recommend this estate agent, from buying and selling many properties, I've had a lot of dealings with different estate agents across the country and this organisation is the most professional. David Mooney there was incredibly professional from the moment he stepped through the front door to the sale of the property. He's friendly, helpful and more than anything very good at what he does. The rest of the team there are amazing too. Managed to sell a property well over what any other estate agent could of done in the area. So a very happy client indeed. Will be returning. GoogleI moved a property from another letting agent a number of years ago (due to their inability to 'manage' the property efficiently) and am so glad that I chose Pacitti Jones, Stirling. David and Mikki always demonstrate efficient, friendly professionalism, with a 'can do', common sense approach. I have absolutely no reservations in highly recommending them to any landlord/landlady who want smooth, headache free, management of their property.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe sold our house with Pacitti Jones in Stirling and they were absolutely first class and a pleasure to deal with. We had been languishing for months with another agent when we changed to them. Had lots of interest and secured full asking price offer. We were kept fully up to date throughout and have no hesitation in recommending them or using them again personally.

Good morning Ambar, Many thanks for contacting us. Having checked our database and with the staff in our Stirling office, we do not have you noted as a client of Pacitti Jones and therefore believe your review to be left with the wrong company. I would be grateful if you could remove this review against our firm. Kind regards,
