This wasn’t down to Paciti Jones it’s self. We done all our own viewings ( our choice ) and all done via portal. Which is good. Had to redo some of the photos our self to.But let down by the fact that we had very little contact from anyone in person. Nothing after we agreed with a price on closing day .Not even a thank you for selling through them. Would not use in house solicitors either. Had to chase them . Would not use again

Thank you for your review. We take all feedback seriously, however, we were very surprised by this review.
At the outset your pictures would not enlarge on the portal, so you were not happy with them, however, when you were emailed them full size you confirmed you were happy and none of your own pictures were used for marketing.
You opted to do your own viewings and requested that communication was via email due to work commitments, you were contacted by email regularly with updates throughout the sale. We have many clients who do their own viewings, but this does not mean we have not sold your property for you, we put a lot of work into selling your house, we contacted over 90 people to follow up home report requests, arrange viewings and collate feedback, we advised you every step of the way what to do and ultimately set a closing date. You wanted to accept an offer before the closing date, but we advised you to hold off and you ended up with a much higher offer.
Once the closing date was done the offer was sent to the solicitor as it is up to them to progress the sale and we were there to help if needed. It was explained to you that this would be the case.
On the key handover day, you were wished all the best for your ongoing move and did not mention any concerns to us at that point.
Once again, we thank you for your feedback and do apologise if you feel the service was not as expected.

David was a pleasure to chat with when he visited our home, explaining everything in a very professional and friendly manner... our sale was then passed to Mikki, who kept us updated with everything and was equally an absolute pleasure to deal with, professional, friendly and spot on with everything. Nothing was a problem, even after our buyers pulled out at the last minute and our house had to be re-marketed quickly to ensure our purchase was secured. The recommendation was spot on, friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive David and Mikki have removed the stress of being landlords from us.
