GoogleI’d heard negative stories about them and read negative reviews, despite this is decided to use them as a letting agency. 5 tenants in 2 years always leaving complaining that they’d been treated poorly by Martin and co... when you try to get out of your contract they add fees and the owner is confrontational.

At the start of your tenancy we would have made you aware that we register all deposits with Safe Deposits Scotland, who offer a very professional and impartial adjudication service in all cases where there is a dispute between the landlord and tenant as regards the allocation of the deposit.

Sorry to hear you have had a bad experience recently. We had done our very best to work within the government guidelines for estate and letting agents. As i am sure you can appreciate it had been a very difficult time for all of us over the last few months with staff having to work from home and trying to avoid physical contact with members of the public as far as possible. if there is anything we can do to help please call the office on 01786448812 all the staff are now working from the King St office and i am sure they would be very happy to help you find a property to rent.
