View AgentsFantastic letting experience with highly efficient agents
This was my second ever time renting and Martin & Co made me realise how poor my previous agent had been. From the moving in experience all the way through to my checkout they were informative, helpful and clear even when maintenance issues arose they were all dealt with promptly. I was contacted within 24 hours of leaving the property with a deposit proposal and had 95% of it back in my account before the week ended leaving me with only a high recommendation for anyone else wanting to rent in the future.

Just recently moved into a property under Martin & co, property manager Pauline Wilson has been nothing but amazing. The whole operation was a breeze with the work from the team, it felt that easy that there was no stress around the whole moving in process for myself and my flat mate.

GoogleTotal silence from Martin & Co Stirling despite their properties being regularly posted on websites. I rang, emailed, made letting enquiries on web pages before, during and after lockdown and not a single reply from them. Pity cos they are the sole agents for a number of suitable properties. I skip their ads on property websites these days. No point trying to contact Martin & co anymore - a waste of time.

Sorry to hear you have had a bad experience recently. We had done our very best to work within the government guidelines for estate and letting agents. As i am sure you can appreciate it had been a very difficult time for all of us over the last few months with staff having to work from home and trying to avoid physical contact with members of the public as far as possible. if there is anything we can do to help please call the office on 01786448812 all the staff are now working from the King St office and i am sure they would be very happy to help you find a property to rent.

GoogleWe had excellent assistance from Stirling Martin & Co. We were previously looking for a rental for weeks by other letting agents, but with no success. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional and assisted us to secure a rental in a matter of two weeks. Such a pleasure doing business with their team.

Very organised and efficient…I recently met Scott Property Inspector fromMartin & Co. He is polite, friendly and like everyone in his team good at communicating and helpful with advise. Any maintenance issues are quickly followed through, this agent are no doubt the best in Stirling.

GoogleAVOID. I lived in a Martin and Co property for two years and had nothing but trouble. Almost lost our new property too because they are so completely incompetent. Phoning every day for weeks to chase things up with them and they only answer the phone if you select the option for inquiring about a new property - once they've got you in they really couldn't care less.
