GoogleI called here with a ton of enquires. as I’m new to renting and was confused with the processes and checks needed. A lady called Kara talked me through the processes and what was required. I feel so much better and less stressed. She offered to keep me informed on new properties that suit me. She was excellent. Couldn’t recommend this estate agents more.

View AgentsPleasant experience
Karen and Lewis were very friendly, polite and respectful of our home when conducting a property inspection. Made a refreshing change. While the property is our landlords, it is very much our home and it was nice that the staff were so considerate of this.

Viewed a flat and we were interested. Asked to be kept updated. No follow up call, no updates regarding property. No home report sent so had to email. Requested home report for another property with no response. Very poor compared to other local agents who had more knowledge regarding properties viewed and always followed up the next day. Seems that when business is booming there’s no need for decent customer service.

GoogleMe and my two friends were saved by Martin & Co when they took over as our letting agents in Stirling. Unfortunately they were lumbered with our problems from the previous property management but were so attentive and helpful with every need. Danielle Wallace and the whole team were amazing; answering every email when they could, logging and fixing maintenance swiftly and making sure we were safe and warm. Great student friendly accomodation :)

GoogleMartin & Co provide us with appalling service as tenants. Moved into a property in March which had glass fridge shelves hanging on by nails - yes nails. Despite this being a safety issue, 5 months on no replacement shelves. They don’t give a monkeys. Don’t follow up or challenge/chase the landlord. Don’t support us as tenants.
