We cannot recommend Halliday Homes highly enough. Buying and selling a house during a pandemic is hard enough, however, when you add a long chain across the UK, stress levels and emotions start to run high. This team of dedicated, diligent and most of all caring professionals managed the situation impeccably with the right level of engagement, at the right times to ensure not only that the sale went through but also that we were supported throughout. A special mention to Marie for working so hard to make sure both our sale and purchase happened but also that our sanity remained in check! Myself and my partner would highly recommend halliday homes as a selling agent. Grant dealt with the initial measuring and got the property online and on the market in a very short space of time he was professional, kind and very personable. Our property was only on the market for 1 week at which point we put it to closing date. On the closing date Marie was very helpful with any questions we had and gave us updates on the offers that came in.. We couldn't beleive some of the offers that were put in and we happily accepted one of them. We would highly recommend Halliday Homes after they did an amazing job progressing both the sale and purchase of our house. It was a difficult and lengthy job due to circumstances out with everyone's control after the Coronavirus outbreak. Despite this, all the staff we interacted with from Halliday Homes showed high attention to detail and answered any question we had and if they did not have an answer straight away they endeavoured to find this out for us. Throughout the process, the aspects we were most impressed with were the knowledge that the staff showed about the properties they work with and the friendly yet highly professional approach they adopted.
