GoogleInitially we found Halliday Homes via Rightmove when searching for properties in the Stirling area. After narrowing our search criteria to 3 areas of Stirling we soon realised that Halliday were the most popular estate agents for those areas. Every house we viewed with Halliday we found the girls to be so personable and gave us the space we needed to look around the properties without taking over. This really gave us the time to "feel" the properties and work out which properties felt right for us. Debbie and Sophie showed us around several houses, then we found "the one". We put in a verbal offer and the rest is history 😍 as now we are sitting here overlooking our beautiful gardens in Bridge of Allan. The team at Halliday treated us as individuals and by the end of the buying process they feel like family who have welcomed us to this beautiful village. GoogleFinding Halliday Homes was the best discovery of our house hunting journey!! We met both Sophie and Debbie whilst viewing a selection of properties with them. They really took the time to get to know my wife and I. Making sure they treated us with respect, but also providing a very friendly and personal service. They seemed genuinely hopeful that they would find us the house of our dreams... and THEY DID!! We also met Grant and Ian after we moved in. As we made a point of visiting the office in Bridge of Allan, to once again thank all the team for making our dreams come true. GoogleI had to sell my late father's house in Bridge of Allan which is 50 miles from where I live. Austin met me there to discuss what Halliday Homes could offer and it very much suited my requirements being a remote seller of an empty property. I dealt with Marie who was very proactive and frequently in contact. If Marie wasn't available, other team members were usually up-to-speed with the sale. Also, messages left were passed on quickly to Marie and answered. Pulling together the home report was done quickly. One offer was made after about a month on the market. Unfortunately that fell through when the buyer could not secure finance. This did not stop the team at Halliday Homes kicking back into action for a second time and securing a second offer which completed. I would highly recommend the team at Halliday Homes for making the process smooth and stress-free.
