We engaged DM Hall to create a Home Report, in order to sell our house. The surveyor called at precisely the time they had arranged and the survey was carried out in about an hour, including a chat with us. The draft copy of the survey came back to us the same afternoon, which was fantastic and helped us to sell our house within 24 hours! We had one tiny detail which we had to ask, to be amended, but it was very professionally handled from start to finish.

The surveyor was friendly and polite and he treated myself and house with respect at all times. He explained the process of his job and kept me informed of what happened next. He, as well as another girl in the office, was very responsive to a couple of e mails and a solution found without any problem. Staff from the Irvine office were very helpful and explained the whole process. All timings given for appointments, paperwork etc were adhered to. This company were professional and easy to deal with. I would and already have recommended this company. The surveyor whom I think was Greg, was polite and courteous. Think I maybe have already done this but if not...On finding out the myriad of prerequisites on my property enabling me to become a registered landlord with Argyll and Bute I was very nearly dissuaded before I began . One of these ,to obtain an EPC rating of the proposed property. I was so afraid timing was against me as this was christmas week. However I found the staff totally accommodating, professional and personable to my plight.My property was assessed on the21st Dec with certificate approved on the 22nd Dec. could not have wished for a better service all round.
