I used the Stirling branch, recommended by family member. I felt constantly chased to get my property on the market with weekly emails from the branch manager. Positives:selling % was lower than other estate agents.Negatives: some staff were unprofessional and depending on the nature of contact their attitude varied e.g. when they wanted to arrange a viewing and when the property sold the contact was nice with good attitude. Contact to ask questions or for assistance was completely different and the person/s clearly didn’t want to know. I would mention not all staff had a poor attitude but I found the majority did. Would I use AC again or recommend them? 100% Not. I mentioned to a colleague I was using them and they had similar issues, telling me to avoid using them at all costs. Unfortunately I had already committed.

The Westhill office were great when leasing out our properties. Turn around time was great, from being marketed, viewings booked in, feedback given by the team and tenant secured all within two weeks. We have used the westhill office for selling and buying before and wouldn’t go anywhere else for any of these services!

We payed our bill of 300 using the matter number and link they told us to use. They now emailed to say they cant find it. They asked how much we paid. How would they not know how much when its their bill? Awful communication and completely unprofessional. We have proof where and when we sent this money so pretty sure its a them problem if their cashier cant find it using the link and matter number THEY provided. Never dealt with such an unprofessional solicitor. This has completely ruined my weekend and stressed me out no end. We will not be paying twice so they can find it!Not our problem.

I have used Aberdein Co siebie on a couple of occasions. We have rented a flat from them (everything was great) and we have used the service of a financial advisor, Nikki Christie. Nikki has proved herself to be extremely knowledgeable. We had two advisors, the other (from Firat Mortgage) made a mistake and advised us incorrectly. If we had listened to him we wouldn’t have been able to buy a house as he suggested we would need a 25% deposit, which was beyond our capabilities. Nikki said we would only need 10%. It was hard for us to trust one advisor over another but we decided to trust her as she had so much knowledge about mortgages and all the available lenders. It has turned out that the bank indeed required only 10% and we now have a valid mortgage offer from Halifax. I recommend her service to non-British people like us as there are additional conditions to be taken into consideration and the number of lenders is very limited when one does not have a settlement. She was proficient in this and advised us well. We are also thinking of contracting Aberdein Considine to sell our current property - they might not be the cheapest but I believe they are the best.

We got three quotes from different agents, but we decided on Aberdein because unlike the others Matt spent much more time explaining how best to stage the house, and suggested the areas of easy repaint while the others seemed to be only interested in a quick sale.Jennifer in the office was always helpful and never failed to call back if we had a query.Very smooth sale and we highly recommend them. Very disappointing. The company confirms viewing at Monday 4.30 PM. We drive up all the way from Dundee. No one has turned up. We phone the company. They tell us the confirmation is subject to us sending deed and other details. The company had asked for the details but there was no indication in the email or conversation that the confirmation of appointment was subject to us sending all this information. Was it unreasonable to think they needed the information before sign off? A wasted day, now on our way back to Dundee. Thank you Aberdein Consedine.

Alison, Allan, Jade and Hannah have been absolutely fantastic from dealing with my mortgage application, advertising my house which had 44 viewings in 1 week which sold in that week, to all the legal work in selling and purchasing.My house purchase was no easy situation and even now I have moved in, Jade and Hannah are still assisting me with issues incurred.Why use separate organisations when Aberdein Considine do it all for you and their costings are very good too. Honestly, I wouldn't hesitate to use them and wouldn't consider anyone else.

Absolutely terrible and disgusting. Tried to charge my parter £177 to pick up some leaves from a garden that's not even really a garden just like two flower beds!! Then another £147 to clean the 1 bedroom flat at which I will point out wasn't cleaned before she moved in, their reason being covid. Avoid this company like the plague, you's aren't going to rip off my partner and get away with it. The flat didn't even have secure windows, they we're unable to shut and even with that their was a damp problem!

Absolutely the worst conveyancing service I’ve ever dealt with. Ever. I’d give negative stars if possible.They are the solicitor on the other side of a transfer of title and my onward purchase is now going to be 2 weeks delayed because they’ve lied about not receiving paperwork, not requested redemption statement despite knowing well in advance the planned date for settlement, not planned suitable alternative cover for a solicitors annual leave which has taken 4 days to resolve. Completely disorganised and they’ve made a really stressful separation significantly more stressful and much more costly as I had to arrange alternative accommodation for 2 weeks.I cannot stress how completely awful this company is.As a previous mortgage broker, my clients ALWAYS had issues when AC were their conveyancers for remortgages, and I can’t believe that now, despite not choosing them myself, they are still managing to screw me over.

Do not sell or rent you house with this agent! They charge a several hundred pound fee even if they do not find a renter or buyer after 7 months and you want to withdraw your house from the market. And they will not remove your house from their website! Beware

We recently bought & sold through Aberdein Consindine Stirling branch. After searching for a suitable property for a few years we had experienced viewings with probably all of the estate agencies in the area. Even from arranging the viewing to see the house we bought we found AC to be really accommodating & flexible. We were shown our house on 2 separate occasions separately as we work different times. Both times we were shown around by Alison who we both found to be personable & professional. We had such a pleasant experience that we decided to list our property with AC & again had a great experience with our agent Stephen. Even the photographer who came to photograph our previous house was so lovely. Whenever we needed advice or had questions Sara in the office was always very quick to respond & again lovely to deal with. They say moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do but thanks to Aberdein Consindine the whole process was pretty painless. Thank you so much to all the team at the Stirling branch.
