First time property selling and buying, so little unsure and unexperienced. Decided to use AC service as financial advice, sale/purchase negotiators and legal team under 1 roof. I found Edinburgh based AC Elm Row branch staff very professional, informative, helpful, responding to enquiries as soon as possible and via agreed channels of communication. There were no issues or problems during the entire process.

Nikki was fantastic helping us with our mortgage and Samantha and her team were fantastic on the purchasing/conveyancing side. I am a first time buyer and one who was pretty much clueless about the process of buying a property. The team at Aberdein Considine have been extremely helpful and patient from the very beginning. I feel that I have been offered honest advice about mortgage options and also about various insurances I need. The fees were quoted from the beginning so I had a very clear idea of these. I was kept regularly updated throughout the process and was guided along through the steps with clear instructions as to what I needed to do and what would happen next. This was very reassuring. All of the staff I dealt with were friendly and welcomed any questions (though I didn't have many as everything was explained so well to begin with). I would highly recommend A&C to first time buyers, they have taken the fear out of a process I did not think I was an option for me. Thank you so much.

Everyone I dealt with at Aberdein Considine during the recent sale of my property was extremely helpful and kept me up to date with everything involved in the sale at all times. They arranged surveys and viewings and costs were very reasonable. During the latter stages of the sale they made things easier for me by sending documents to be signed to the Inverurie office. The buyer requested an early entry and the legal department dealt with a tight timescale very efficiently.

The service we got from Jade Kinninmont was very good but another office dealt with some of the paperwork in settling the sale of a late relative's flat and this seemed a bit slow to get sorted and some of it was incorrect.
