Helpful service from start to finish from all team members. Rachel kept us updated throughout the whole process whilst the vendors were finding a property. If possible, I would suggest that the team include a property check before the keys are accepted...the vendors did not leave the property as agreed in the contact I am still waiting to be reimbursed for the skip hire cost in relation to this. I have been told that other estate agents do this so just something to consider. Overall very good

Not a single thing I can fault them on. Flawless service from the first phonecall. I had a slightly complicated application for tenancy, and thanks to Andrew I had full support from the word go. I then met Mike at my viewing and explained my situation to him. He was more than understanding and supportive and helped me to process my application after falling in love with the house. A few weeks later I met Karen while signing my tenancy agreement. I was told that if I ever had any issues, to not hesitate in contacting her. And every time I've contacted her since, she's been nothing but helpful and I have had all my questions answered almost immediately. They consistently go above and beyond to provide the best level of service possible. And it most certainly doesn't stop when you sign the paperwork. Their ongoing aftercare/support is exactly the same standard as it was when I first contacted them. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for the excellent service
