On his excellent advice he arranged for the house to be given a fresh clean look which literally added tens of thousands to the price achieved. He handled everything from A to Z and was constantly keeping us informed every step of the way. GoogleRecently, we were in contact with one of your estate agents Erin Byrne and found she was extremely helpful. She was very knowledgeable and polite and went out of her way to communicate with us and keep us in the loop with our application to one of your lettings. Unfortunately we didn’t end up getting the property but she still went above and beyond to get back to us and we would love to deal with her again in the future.

GoogleI am highly impressed with the Casey Kennedy Management Team in Stillorgan. They facilitated a seamless transition during both our move-in and move-out processes. When our washing machine malfunctioned, they promptly replaced it with a newer model, demonstrating their commitment to resident satisfaction. I believe we could not have asked for a better management experience.

GoogleCKP got stuck in and made real impact from the first day. They are on-site on a very regular basis and have already sorted out many issues and have a good network of tradespeople. They have a superb system for managing the debtors and creditors which takes a lot of the work out of email. The people are excellent and easy to work with.

GoogleI've dealt with Casey Kennedy Estate agents on both the letting side and the sales side, and what I noticed from the outset was the personal attention and willingness to really do their best for me. Their local area knowledge was key also in achieving quick letting with good rent and good tenant, and on the sales side an accurate valuation and detailed qualification of potential purchasers concluding with a very happy sold money in the bank scenario. Recently Phil and Shane helped complete a sale in Dublin for me and while i could not travel to Dublin due to Covid 19 travel restrictions they made it seamless to work through the process, even to the extent of key cutting, arranging tradespeople locally to do some snag fixes, all the running around I would have done if i could travel, yet they did that as part of their service. It's things like that drive repeat business and in my case if/when I am purchasing again I will be very keen to buy through them as I trust them having had several dealings that all worked out well. The "small things done well" is how I put it but so many other agencies cannot manage that. Thanks again Shane & Phil and continued success!
