GoogleShane O'Callaghan is a very rude person, we are outside waiting for the viewing, called like 3 times asking for the door code, he was like "I currently have 8 people viewing here, would you stay away" attitude to me, oh yeah so big business man, you are absolutely awesome lol 😂 (just found a complaint review to this person here 5 years ago, I believe the Shane from another reviewer is the Shane I am talking about here, this person is the most awful agent I have ever met in the Europe)
I am sorry but it was a very difficult situation where I could only have so many people in the apartment at one time. I was speaking to the applicant in the apartment when you were ringing the doorbell and while I appreciate you were frustrated there was nothing I could do as I was conducting a viewing with another application who was asking me questions. I am again sorry but it would have been rude for me to cease my conversion with the other applicant viewing the property.

GooglePhil Thompson was our agent for a recent apartment sale, and he was very impressive in all aspects of the sale from the initial meeting and valuation through to closing. He has a very courteous manner, he was able to identify the selling points of the apartment in a more professional manner than others we had met for a valuation, and his communication was excellent throughout. I would happily use his services again and I would recommend him to others looking to sell a property.

Throughout the entire process, she worked hard on our behalf and kept us regularly updated on the progress of the sale. In an age where interpersonal skills and service seem to be on the wane, Dei was a breath of fresh air. GoogleThe team at CKP have been very diligent & helpful to myself & the other owners of a 14 unit apartment block in South Dublin. When we took them on we had been through a difficult period with a previous management company, the staff at CKP were very understanding of that & have been able to attend to all our needs in a very timely & professional manner. GoogleCasey Kennedy has worked with us, owners of a small development of 12 apartments in South County Dublin, for the last few years, and we have always found the team responsive and diligent. Under their management we have worked through a number of site improvements and a planned maintenance programme, including landscaping, apartment upgrades and a number of fire safety compliance initiatives. Their financial management service has been excellent, supportive and above all professional.

GoogleI highly recommend Lizzy Pashley. She has just let an apartment for me, and she has been hugely responsive, helpful, and exceeded my expectations as a letting/management agent. I chose her as a letting agent as she has recently taken over management of our apartment complex, and she has directly made a huge different, making sure the place is kept spotless, repairs are promptly undertaken and excellent communication with the owners. As we live abroad, it was very important to us to have a responsive, efficient and professional property manager and Shane has proved himself to be that. Both we and our tenants have always been very happy with the service he has provided. We recently decided to sell the property and appointed Casey Kennedy as our selling agents. From our initial conversations regarding selling the property to its final conclusion, Shane kept us informed and there were no surprises. Shane knows the property market well and recommended we do some refurbishment work before market launch. Having agreed a budget, the refurbishment work was completed on time, on budget and to a high quality standard. Shane and Ralph achieved outstanding results for us and we were very pleased with their excellent execution of the sales process. GoogleWaiting a very long time for basic things in the rental property to be fixed. Painting, mold on bathroom ceiling, holes made in the ceiling to fix leak that still have yet to be fixed. Told months ago this would be done and we are still waiting
