GoogleFound this estate agents to be a shambles - Nigel failed to keep chain informed of his clients situation. Aviod at all costs.

You were not using an Estate Agent to sell your property, and we have no obligation to update you as an individual. However, may I point out that Nigel did in fact email you a lengthy response explaining the situation. Our client is very happy with our communication as was our buyer.
