GoogleH&M has been very helpful from my house search to renting and moving in. I was given detailed and helpful information before moving in and any questions I had were answered promptly. The issues I had were taken care of immediately and they are just a call/email away. I highly recommend H&M. Special appreciation to Elliot.

GoogleVery disgusted on how they handled me, no respect for time and effort. Had set a viewing at 09 : 30, we were already at the site as we respect everyone's time and commitment, then agent told me tenant was not ready, had to be moved at 13:00, we agreed then we were back on the site again, rang the agency, only to be told that tenant won't allow, not until 14:30 , total no respect for time, effort and commitment. Agent told me he was trying to call but received no calls to at least have the decency to inform us.

GoogleOne of their property agents is over charging and cannot be easily talked to. Ive sent a complaint in their email but there is no response. They are not giving back my holding deposit and not giving me a checkout report. Im just waiting for a couple of weeks more to proceed to filing a complaint legally in the redress scheme.

GoogleThe team were great prior to moving in, since moving in not so much. Issues have been brought up with the room I rent multiple times and they just don't fix them. The room had to be cleaned on moving in as they didn't bother, the furniture is falling apart and the double glazing is blown. The bed that was in the room is making my back steadily worse and when they get contacted and told any of this they just attack you. Landlords probably love these guys but don't rent from them, you don't want to end up like me.

FacebookFirstly I want to say thank you to everyone at homes and Mortgages. After originally going for the cheaper option of an well known online agent I found them only having one trick to sell my property.. put the price low then if it doesn't sell put the price lower. For me that wasn't acceptble. I had many calls from other agent say thy could do a better job but it was the team at Homes and Mortgages that sounded so passionate about helping me. So much so I heard them say 'Yes I got it!' After I agreed for a valuation/meeting. In no time at all they had found a buyer recommend a brilliant solicitor and the process was underway. I also brought a property on the market with them and they were on top of everything, chasing where needed to be chased. Honestly could not fault the team who are honest to their word which I found hard to come by in retail estate. Thank you once again Sammie, Lee and Pete

GoogleVery disappointed... Be careful with the check out fees! Although they are mentioned in the contract, the amount they charge you is completely arbitrary and it is not included in the list of terms and conditions for applicant tenants you are given in the beginning of the tenancy. They even failed to show me any internal document with the tariffs, or costs associated to them and forced me to dispute it if I did not agree. They were 100gbp+vat but could have been any amount..
