Great support from Hills customer service team to sort out the minor defects found during my initial snagging. Mike Lewis from the customer support team came and helped me on the kitchen issues which was found on snagging and he did a great job. He is very professional and he made sure the work was done very neatly and professionally.

Today I had Alan Deadman come round to look at the issues I had within the house and he was very friendly and kind. He made sure that my main issue (mould and condensation) was dealt with and even gave me advice on how to manage it after he done treatment to it. He is a great person to have within the company as it makes people trust the company more from such high standards he has with customer service. Thank you so much

Strangely even when Catalyst tell me they're not doing the repair, a handyman turns up to do the repair! I'm not complaining. Gentleman who showed up to change the door handle, Alan Deadman, was very polite, friendly and quick. He even looked at a couple of other issues and advised who to contact. Great job.
