TrustpilotI had an appointment with Alan Deadman …
I had an appointment with Alan Deadman who waited for me as I was running late after dropping my children off to school. He was kind, chatty and made me feel at ease, which is important to me as I have anxiety around people being in my home. He took the time to explain what he was doing, and showed me the parts that he was changing in my door handles. He finished the work quickly, but it didn't feel that he was rushing the work.

TrustpilotMaking good of walls and ceiling’s
We had Phil & Andy round to do some making good of our walls after we had a different firm in for a planned repair. Both very friendly and professional and were also extremely tidy, wouldn’t have even able to tell they were here! The walls they’ve worked on are spot on and again the areas around the work were clean. They arrived on time as scheduled and were fully prepared to get the job done.

TrustpilotThank you so much for Simon's perfect job!
Thank you very much for Simon Cowdrey's good job. This morning he came to repair the hole found on the bedroom ceiling. At first I thought the job is to repaint the hole. However, I saw him having done various steps before he could make the hole disappear and his job was so perfect that the ceiling looks great now. I really appreciate his professional workmanship as well as his careful and patient work manner.

Mia leeson is not only very competent but efficient. She was able to sort out an issue I had been having problems with within 2 hours. She was very compassionate and understanding and didn’t have to call back to see if there was anything else I required or was happy with the job. I only wish there was many more of skilled, efficient customer support individuals like herself.
