GoogleThey provide a comprehensive service that removes all the stresses and strains of owning a rental property. Cover all the basics for us and deal with us and the tenants in a friendly but professional manor. They have access to tradesmen to carry out necessary works cost effectively and timely. They are excellent at their job.

GoogleVery very diappointed with this company and would not recommend them due to unprofessonal and uncommunicative approach. I viewed a property with a friend who is registered disabled on the Friday, my friend fell in love with it and called the office straight away to ask to take it. My friend was told on the Monday they could have the property and were asked by the agency if they could move in within 2 weeks. My friend said they would speak to the landlord and get back to them as soon as they had heard from them. After getting hold of his landlord and told that was no problem,my friend called the agency back first thing the next morning . He was then told they had given the property to someone else who could move in that week. This option was not even offered to my friend. He had by this time given his notice in on his current property and put plans in place. He was so incredibly disappointed and was looking forward to moving into this property by the sea and having a new lease of life following his accident which had left him partially disabled.I feel strongly that the agency discriminated against my friend as he is disabled and they would rather go with someone who is not. I called to register a complaint with the manager. They took my details and said he would call me back. He didn't contact me - clearly they do not care about curent or potential customers, integrity or their reputation if my experience is anuything to go by. Inredibly disappointing, their lack of professionalism and communication during this situation has been very bad indeed.

GoogleI have nothing but good things to say as a previous tenant at one of their properties. Easy to contact, very quick with communication and nothing is ever too much trouble. Alex especially was always very helpful. I wish all letting agents could be like Shepherd Sharpe.

GoogleI've just sold my Sully home with Shepherd Sharpe - that's 7 bought and 7 sold with SS since 1999. A great professional practice with a well-run, friendly office and knowledgeable and hands on Sales Team. If you need to buy or sell a home in the Penarth area you need look no further than SS.

I can always trust them to find the right tenant for my properties. They are always very honest and open in their help and advice and provide a very personal touch that is highly appreciated!

GoogleThey don't take down any sold properties
Hi, we are sorry to see your comment. It may seem that properties remain on the market for ages but unfortunately some sales can take longer to complete than expected. But please be assured we take all our sold properties off our website and the portals - Rightmove, Zoopla and On The Market, once the sale has legally completed, and we take down the For Sale board, if there is one. We hope that has answered your concern, however if you have any further questions please give us a call on 02920 707999 or email us on info@shepherdsharpe.com and we'd be happy to answer these for you

GoogleAn extremely disappointing 'service'. An estate agent should represent the best interests of both parties and this couldn't have been any further from the reality.
