GoogleI recently used Russell's for both selling and purchasing a property in the Stansted area. Quite simply, they are the best estate agent in the neighbourhood by a distance - the staff are engaging, knowledgeable, take a detailed interest in each property they are dealing with and highly professional. Both transactions saw excellent communications throughout and all the staff are always willing to go the extra mile to help make a deal happen.

Alicia and all her colleagues were courteous, caring, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Buying through them was a pleasure and we would recommend them for both selling and buying.

GoogleI couldn’t recommend the team highly enough. After struggling to sell our property with a different agent, we took the decision to move to Russell Property in Stansted and I’m so glad we did. Everything, from the professional photographs, outstanding communication, and the persistence to get the deal over the line exceeded my expectations. We had a very long chain and they worked tirelessly on day of exchange and completion to make sure everything went through despite some issues out of their control. I will certainly use them again next time we’re looking to sell.

GoogleThe best because of the people and their approach... Selling my beloved home after 15 years was not an easy decision and I wanted to find a reason not to move forward... The team at Stansted are exceptional ... not only people who genuinely care but because they research in depth. Know the market and prove it, price well and assess the area. Tailoring their service for each client and literally making you feel they work solely for you. The sale process was miserable and Gary and Alicia could not of done more to help at every stage. I'm actually sad the whole process is over as I've no reason to chat with them! Highest recommendation and thanks always.

GoogleMe and my partner came to Russell’s in quite a desperate situation. Our buyer had dropped out last minute, and we needed to find a replacement asap. Gary and Alicia at the Stansted branch took call at lunchtime, and by the end of the day we had met them both and had our property listed. They really understood and appreciated the situation we were in, and were quick to help us out. We had interested generated overnight and multiple offers within days. Amazing service from them both!

GoogleEmily of Russell Property helped us through a long and stressful purchase with unfailing patience and politeness. The onwards chain was held up by probate but the team kept everyone informed and managed expectations. After -care has been exceptionally thoughtful too with offers to help ease the transition between the elderly parties involved. Very much a personal service from all the team, many thanks.

GoogleAlthough our move had several hiccups, the one party who was faultless through the whole proceedings were Russell Property. They worked hard to find us a buyer and when we found one they were always on the top of their game and pushing things forward when other parties seemed to be doing the opposite. They kept us fully informed at all times and were always there to help whenever we needed them.
