Alicia in the Stansted office and her team Oliver and Emily were fantastic during the sales phase and so was Abbie getting us to exchange and completion. They communicate every step of the way, give you honest and sound advice and you feel really taken care of. Their customer service is great across the board so it obviously comes from the top, down. The professionalism from start to finish was 2nd to none. Garry came round to give us a valuation fully armed with all the other properties for sale in our area at the same approximate price.This gave us such a good idea of what we could achieve realistically.
They had our house professionally photographed which made so much difference for the brochure. Our property was on the market in 7 days , and they sold our house on the fourth viewing which was within week and just at the start of lockdown! Then Alicia took over to guide us through the rest of the journey. She would call us at least twice a week with an update, any questions we had were answered within a few hours, she was absolutely superb, very professional.
If your looking to sell your property, there really is no need to go anywhere else!
