GoogleI could not recommend Gary and his team at Russell Property, Stansted highly enough. Really professional, helpful estate agents. Responsive and proactive in their dealings with clients - with great feedback following viewings. The photographer they use is superb - best photographs I have seen done - and I have spent a long time recently looking at photos of houses. If you are thinking of selling (or even of buying) I would contact this firm first, before all others!

GoogleEveryone at the Russell Property group have been absolutely great from the start. Gary showed us around the house initially and he was so friendly and personable compared to other agencies. Emily was so helpful in arranging the viewing, especially during uncertain times with Covid-19. Alicia has been superb with getting the sale to go through, constantly chasing the seller's solicitors and keeping us updated. Such a lovely team, thank you for all of your hard work!

GoogleAlicia and her team from the Stansted Mountfitchet branch could not help us enough. They provided a fantastic service and a huge amount of support to us. Buying our first property felt like a breeze, with guidance constantly being available from Alicia. Whilst moving during the pandemic Alicia done her utmost best to make the process as simple and smooth as possible. We have spoken very highly of Russell Property to all our family and friends and will be passing on the recommendations and 5* service that they provided. Very happy customers!

GoogleWe bought and sold through Russel property. They were professional and a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. In particular Ben who handled our sale and Alicia who processed the purchase. They were both helpful and efficient which is what you want from an estate agent. They are both a tribute to Russel property and we cannot recommend them enough to anyone who is looking to buy or sell in the area.

We needed quite a lot from them for our purchase, as we needed to move quite quickly, but they were always professional and on a couple of occasions really did go above and beyond. Really quick to respond to calls and keep up levels of communication. They deserve their high rating here

The support team (Vanessa, Rebecca and Josh) held up superb communication, managed their seller client perfectly and progressed the transaction of a 4 sale chain with precision. GoogleRussell Property were handling the property that I recently purchased. The assigned agent was a woman called Emily. The service and level of care provided by her was absolutely unbelievable. She seemed to make it her mission to take on and resolve any issue that I brought up or encountered during the buying process and she really went the extra mile to make sure that I felt comfortable every step of the way. 11 out of 10, what an absolute legend. And I'm not just saying that because she's cute.

GoogleA very strong sales team (Alicia, Emily, Kasey, Hayley) who cannot be recommended highly enough. Their performance throughout the 6 month sale process went above and beyond our expectations. Their professionalism and willingness to deal with challenges that were not necessarily within their remit was greatly appreciated as we live outside the U.K. and could not travel back and forth all the time. Even on the last day when problems were being caused elsewhere in the chain, Emily and Kasey stayed calm and resolved the issues. A fantastic experience and thank you all again.

GoogleAfter a negative experience with one estate agent, I had my house re-listed for sale by Russell Property in Stansted. I couldn’t believe the difference! The team were so proactive and managed to find two buyers within a month. The result was that sold my house for more than the original asking price. Their communication skills are exemplary: I was kept informed during the whole process, and I really felt that they earned their commission.
