Excellent professional service. James Sutton, the Areas Letting Director, was extremely helpful, responsive and proactive throughout the whole process. Jack and Catherine also provided excellent assistance throughout. I am delighted that my property is now let. Thank you to the entire team.I would highly recommend the Chelmsford lettings office at Intercounty.

Don't use Intercounty took ages to evict a tenant due to them filling in forms or issuing forms incorrectly. They kept saying guid lines keep changing. We pay them to keep on top.
