We will take on board your comments about the fee’s but we do constantly review charges, whilst we are aware that other estate agents charge less, in order to provide the service level we strive to meet, we have increased costs and as such, we have to pass these on.

After a wobbly handover when the company became Intercounty a few years ago, they have become an efficient , easy to deal with, letting agency that always get us decent tenants. Intercounty keep us informed in changes to the law, maintenance problems and any issues with the tenancy. After discussion they then deal with any issues or problems accordingly.
