GoogleI've been trying to arrange a view for one of the property. First answer was to put an offer without even see the flat. Then they changed their mind (agreed to show the apartment prior a financial advisor consultation). Never received a call back. They seem to be very lazy and not keen to help potential buyer at all. Just a waste of time

I have looked into your experience with us and understand that in order to arrange a viewing for this development you are required to speak to our finance bureau in the first instance. I can see from the system a member of the team has contacted you numerous times to discuss this further but has been unable to reach you or received a response. I have since passed your feedback onto the Sales Manager who has left a voicemail and emailed you this morning, in order to explain this process further and hopefully progress the purchase. We were moving to the area and Zoë must have spent the best part of a year or maybe more helping us find ‘the one”. She has great local knowledge and was always quick to respond to any questions we had about the various properties she showed us. She understood our needs really well and only brought suitable properties to our attention even though they were few and far apart rather than entertaining ones just to try & get a sale in. Equally she knew our limits when it came to any bidding situation and didn’t push us into a situation where we’d overcommit. GoogleAlthough in general we received a good service from PB, the reason for us to give 5 stars is Sayed. If it wasn´t for him we would have gone looking for other property after dealing with the person in charge of leasing with help to buy and the mortgage. Sayed accommodated our needs and was able to go the extra mile, making sure we were inform through out all the process. We finally got the house from last Friday and we are very happy. So thank you very much Sayed.
