A massive thanks to Josh (and the team) at Hamptons, Stanmore. It was was a difficult transaction due to solicitor delays, however Josh was professional and reassuring all the way, going above and beyond to make it work and to stop it from falling through. He was always available to pick up a call from me regardless of the time. We wouldn't have got the house if it wasn't for all of his hard work and dedication- a big thank you!

I completed on my house last week after a rather nail biting experience! I would personally like to thank Dean. He was always there at the end of the phone when you needed to speak to him and always kept me in the loop with what was going on. Communication was brilliant from start to finish. Would recommend Preston Bennett to anyone wanting to sell their property. I just can't recommend these guys too highly. Steven and Simon were absolutely great, personable and friendly, always there at the end of the phone throughout a difficult and long drawn out sale, which they achieved through such professionalism and perseverance, explaining every twist and turn (of which there were many!) along the way. We have been looking for years and soon as I was emailed by Josh of a property on their list, we was in touch with each other straight away and he was great from that point onwards, couldn't ask for more.
