We decided to use Ellis and

We decided to use Ellis and co due to a visit from Natalie...she was 1st class and in constant contact,,,,,,all was great..UNTIL she left for pastures new....It went completley down hill from there, from regularly leaving the property open,no contact, mis leading imfromation,i could go on but it was basicaly a terrible experience from then on...i would certainly not recomend them, and just wish Natalie all the best in her new career.those involved made a stressfull and emotional time for my family even more so..and by the way, after all that time, they still never managed to sell the house, even after WE suggested a price drop...

We have been searching for a property to rent for months and have dealt with agents from many different companies. There have been situations where agents never returned our call, or booked us for a viewing but didn't turn up (!), or kept pushing properties to us that were beyond our budget. We finally managed to acquire one with the help of Tommy from the Stanmore branch of Ellis. This being the first time we have rented a property in the UK, he has been very helpful and patient with our million-and-one questions, he did not rush us about with the viewings, he was very prompt with replying our emails, and we could reach him even in the evenings and over the weekend. We are more than satisfied with the level of professionalism and efficiency that Tommy has provided.

"The team was very speedy on..."

The team was very speedy on finding viewers and they are also quick on sending me feedback. Tommy found me good new tenants very quickly. He arranged a meeting for me, the new tenants and the tenants' landlord. I felt totally confident that me property would be well looked after the meeting. The inventory check company they have chosen also shows a high standard. I like the localised property management service they provided rather a centralised service office.

"I am very happy with the..."

I am very happy with the service I have received from Ellis & Co with the place I rented through them. The whole procedure of rental was smooth and easy. The most importantly I would like to praise the management skills of David Benson. He is always there to respond when I need him and he has been so pro-active when there was a problem trying to resolve it within hours. I definitely recommend them.
