GoogleVery unprofessional. Instead of actually listening what you're after , they tell you to give a 5 star review because they get a bonus and can get out with his daughter. Anyway I didn't rush as it's unfair to give a review without trying first.

GoogleAppalling service from beginning to end - I am selling my house through them and I do not believe I have had the right marketing or approach however I reserved judgement - I then got a call from estate agent I am buying the house from who have arranged viewings (the do not want commission) I called to speak to the Manager Mark who unleashed a tirade of poor customer service and rudeness! he did not listen to what I said and was quite threatening ! I am paying 8500 for the pleasure of that!!

GoogleWe came across A&R by driving past the branch. We popped in and we're greeted by Neal. It was a nicer experience than others that we've had and just wanted to recognise him for his understanding of our situation and taking our thoughts on board. He's proved to be very knowledgeable of the area and always very punctual for appointments which is very rare from other estate agents. We look forward to working with A&R going forward and will recommend the branch.

GoogleThank you for a highly professional, friendly and efficient service in helping us find a suitable house near my daughters school. Joshua in the Stanmore office was very responsive and quick in addressing all our queries and met with us several times at the property at short notice. He was very professional and provided great follow up service once the property was let and we had moved in, above and beyond what was required. Thank you for all your help!

GoogleTHIS IS THE WORST ESTATE AGENTS TO DEAL WITH! I have tried to contact the sales team on numerous occasion, and have always been told they will call back. They never call back! It has been 4 weeks and I haven't received a single call back. I spent a whole day on Saturday trying to ring them, because I wanted to view a property. The lady on the phone assured me that they would call back before 4. Still nothing. I am appalled by their lack of respect, care and professionalism.

GoogleI am really disgusted with this company, I am renting an apartment and have been without hot water for about a month and they cannot solve the problem, they are incompetent.

GoogleVery good experience with the lettings team. As a landlord, I was keen to re-let my property following a tenancy expiry. The team sourced a good tenant and achieved greater than asking price! The admin process up to to signing is well communicated and service is very professional, I only took the tenant only option, but would not hesitate in giveing full management of the property to the team if required. As an experienced landlord, I would recommend the company.

GoogleIf I could leave -1 I would. This is the worst estate agent in the world. Please avoid them like the plague. All they are interested in is bullying you and taking your money and nothing else. Avoid them and go elsewhere.
