GoogleWe we're first time buyers and Charlotte from the progressions team was great! She responded to all our emails in sufficient time and went the extra mile of ensuring our purchase completed. Charlotte had patience during what felt like a forever proccess. Despite the challenges we faced Charlotte always reassured us that she was there to help. GoogleWe literally got done over by this agency. Yes our mortgage application was taking longer than usual (this things happen) but lack of communication costed us what we thought was our dream home.

Hi Ruth, We are extremely disappointed to read your 1* review when we pride ourselves on the service we provide to our clients and hopefully the vast majority of 5* reviews we have on this page are testament to that. But seeing as you have decided to make this very false review public, we do feel the need to respond with the facts. You placed an offer on a property we were marketing, this offer was accepted in April 2024 and the property you were purchasing was removed from the market for you to buy. Unfortunately, 3 months later you still did not have your mortgage offer for the property. Therefore, the seller of the property decided to sell the property to another buyer through a different Estate Agent (not through us). This was completely out of our control as it wasn’t through us, and your comment to say "we literally got done over by this agency" is completely false and uncalled for. I struggle to understand how you have been “done over” by us? It wasn’t us who sold the property to a different buyer. We were loyal to you with the purchase so although we can understand your frustration we feel it is being directed at the wrong people. In addition to this, if your purchase had been proceeding at the rate in which it should have, the owner would not of sold the house to a different buyer. As much as you are frustrated and disappointed, I can assure you that we are equally frustrated and disappointed as the months of hard work we have put into this sale, along with the loyalty we showed you as a buyer has ultimately ended with us losing a sale. We hope once you have considered all of the above that you will consider removing this review as we have done absolutely nothing wrong and the fact that you have lost out on the property is genuinely no fault of ours. GoogleI brought a property through these agents and I purchased the property as vacant possession. Upon exchange the property came with tenants. Granted this isn't the fault of the agents but once exchange had happened I received 0 support from the agents in trying to resolve the matter. I was not in the area to view the property the day of the exchange, I would expect the agent to be present on the day of the exchange and at the very least check the property the day before. Neither of which happened. Would not recommend.

GoogleAndrew Mutlow sold my rental property for me at an excellent price and extremely quickly. He managed the whole process for me from start to finish, liased with the tenant I had living in the property regarding viewings and took all of the stress away from me. If I could give more than 5 stars then I genuinely would.

GoogleWhat can I say that everyone I have spoken to and from now my own personal experience is just “WOW” I wished all estate agents were like this. Customer service is above and beyond what you would expect, the staff and management are without a doubt focused on the customer journey and are polite, well mannered and highly professional at all times. Whether you’re buying/selling or renting you really need to speak to these guys and expect nothing but a premier first class experience that others claim to provide but lack.Colubrid Estate Agents are not just in my opinion but many others as well are a cut above the rest. If you want peace of mind and to remain stress free then don’t pass these guys up. You’ll thank me and recommend them to everyone in the property market. Once again thanking management and staff for everything you have done and I hope in the future will do also.

GoogleFantastic estate agent to work with. From Andrew at the start with the groundwork/prior knowledge he had that won my business, through to the management of my sale in flight from Rob, these guys smashed it. I have recommended them to the other 20 flats in my block when it comes to selling. Don't do what most people do and jump to your every day high street estate agent. Trust me and give these guys a shot.

GoogleRob at Colubrid has been amazing! We were the bottom chain and had a real stinker of a top chain and he battled for us the whole way through... he kept me updated the whole way (and no doubt got bored of seeing my name popping up in his inbox). But we got there in the end, and if wasn't for him and our amazing conveyancer I don't think we would've got there. I cannot recommend this place enough!

GoogleFrom the very beginning Colubrid were excellent with advice and support regarding selling my property. They were very thorough in explaining the valuation in comparison with other homes in the area. My house sold within the first month and they are continuing to support through the legal process. Highly recommend.
