I understand that there was a dispute following the checkout report when you vacated the property and although you did agree to a settlement it is regrettable that you have left a negative comment and 1 star rating. It is always the aim of Winnard & Brown to provide high levels of customer service and we always act within TDS guidance when negotiating between landlords and tenants with regard to dilapidations, but unfortunately it is not always possible to please both sides in the case of a dispute.
