GoogleWinnard and Brown have been truly excellent in their service. They helped us through every step of the letting procedure from finding somewhere for us to rent up to the day we moved in. They helped us deal with a holiday in the middle of the move in time and also when we dropped a personal matter on them in the middle of preparing contracts they handled it with sensitivity and professional discretion that was welcoming and inclusive. We will stick with them again in the future if we change where we want to live and rent somewhere else as we have complete confidence in the whole team

GoogleI was trying to have a property for a reasonable rent and within very short time as my family was joining me in a month , From the first day I contacted Winnard team they were really supportive and helpful and really understood my concerns. Few days later they contacted me with three good options to choose from , then helped me to select a good family house in an amazing residential area for good rent. Additionally, helped me a lot to review it by arranging appointments suitable for my schedules, giving a clear cut-off of when to receive your keys which allowed me to adjust my timetable effectively before family arrival. When needed after getting the property , they respond very quickly and professionally. Finally, on asking to extend my contact , they sorted it for me within a short time. GoogleI emailed them about a property for rent no reply. Another property came up this time i telephoned and gave my details i asked could i have an afternoon viewing no we do block viewing when at our convenience never received any communication from them so glad i am not a landlord

GoogleWinnard and Brown have been managing my properties for the last year now and have been professional and helpful throughout. If there's ever been a problem at the property it has been resolved swiftly without me needing to do anything. I am always kept up to date with regular emails and they're more than willing to help if I have any questions. I wouldn't hesitate to use Winnard and Brown again and would recommend them to others if you want things to be well taken care of.

GoogleI came to Winnard & Brown nearly a year ago to rent a property, from the beginning I have had nothing but an excellent 5 star service! The staff, including Darren, are extremely helpful and if you gave any concerns or issues, they ensure that it is dealt with immediately! They care about their tenants and that is hard to come by. GoogleAbsolutely amazing company who cannot help you enough. I have been with 2 letting agencys previously who was dreadful but winnard and brown are the complete opposite! We was dying to move out of our last home and they did everything they could and got us moved in within around 2wks! Repairs are carried out quickly and all the staff are amazing, polite and helpful!:) 100% recommend

GoogleSent two emails over a 10 day period to enquire about a property that is up for rent, and still up for rent at the time of writing this. If your staff can't be bothered to reply, whether through laziness or incompetence then I feel for any tenants or landlords that actually do use you. Pathetic.

GoogleSolution led attitude towards customers. Quality properties for renters. Too many agents look down on renters, forgetting people rent for different reasons. This is not the case with Winnard. Professional at every interaction. Feels like renting a prestige property from a prestige company.
