Nest were fantastic, from the very first contact, all the way through to completion. We had our house on the market with another agent for almost a year, with no luck. We appointed Nest after meeting with Will, and we were not disappointed. With excellent photos (including drone photos) and description, our house sold within 2 weeks for full asking price. Unfortunately that sale fell through (a certain pandemic!) but Nest filmed a virtual tour and it sold again on the first weekend after re-listing. Nest have been professional throughout, have managed some difficulties with the chain and remained cheerful and friendly.
