Excelent experience, I would highy recommend Nest, run by smart people who want to and know how to sell your house and actually leave you feeling that they are considering your interests in the process. They turned an excercise I was dreading into quite a pleasent one. How many of their competitors send senior people out on an occasional basis to show prospects around properties, not many I suspect. I don't usually leave reviews, but it's in injustice to Will at Nest if I dont... I came across Will around 2 years ago when despite minimal stock, he dug deep to find me a rental property. The landlord sadly pulled last minute and that was that. This time, Nest/Will happened to be the agent on the house my wife fell in love with. From minute 1, Will was: knowledgeable, informative, transparent, non-salesy, non-pushy, and true to his word on every single thing he said. It felt like Will was a mate throughout the whole process, I could rely on him to reply quickly, be an honest and transparent middle man between myself and the seller, and he really did have my interests at heart. Well after so many up’s and downs and a very complicated sale and purchase we have finally moved and are in our new home. I just want to take the time to give a review to for Nest Estates agents. I honestly can not recommend them enough. People often say that you “can’t trust estate agents”… Well I honestly trust Nest Estate agents completely. They are the only estate agent that I use for domestic or commercial sales. I have dealt with them for a number of years now regarding various properties. They have always give honest advice even if it means they don’t get a sale (on occasions, despite countless hours they have already invested). They are so friendly and approachable and just genuinely lovely people to deal with. They are so never make you feel like your being a nuisance in taking up so much of their time after countless phone calls. They are also honest with the vendors and will not use any underhanded tactics for a sale. So if you ever want to sell a property in the future or are buying a house that’s being sold by them I can honestly say your in good hands with Nest Estates!

I had a great experience using Nest Estates to sell my house. The valuation process was easy and there was no pressure at all to sign up with them. The terms sheet was really good too. Unlike many estate agents, I was not tied to a long exclusive agreement. The 3D virtual tour they create for your house is great as it gives buyers an unlimited opportunity to go through the property before booking and therefore reduces the amount of wasted viewings. I went on line Wednesday afternoon and was sold by Friday lunch time. Clearly there is a need for the right buyer to come along at the right time but the marketing and pricing has a lot to do with it too (and their pricing was really good for me). There is a lot of added value too. The team helped me assess a property being offered by another agent and has taken me through some property that has yet to come to market. They have also handled things like renewing my EP Certificate, which had expired. When other agents have called them to check on my sale before accepting my offers, the team have been straight onto this and provided everything. From the start to the finish of our sale I could not fault Nest Estates. My first point which I truly appreciated was there was no long presentation or hard selling just to get the business, we even quickly established mutual terms and left the sale with William. The property was correctly valued in line with other agents we had seen and without any delay we had quite a few viewings booked in. Needless to say it actually sold within 24 hours and many of the future viewings was cancelled. Throughout the actual sale process the Nest team was always on hand and helped to chase all parties associated within the chain up until the day of completion. I would recommend Nest estates purely for to their no hassle approach and always being there to assist during what can be quite a challenging process. Well done to all the team and thank you for all your help.

We visited Stamford for a few days in June and decided to view a few properties, one of which was on sale with Nest Estates. From the outset, the level of service and attention was excellent. We were provided with detailed responses to all queries raised, of which there were several. The majority of our contact was with Leonie who in our opinion went beyond what would be expected of an agent acting primarily for the vendor. As we lived in the South West we were reliant on regular feedback and support during the process of purchasing our new home, and Leonie spoke to us on a weekly basis assuring us and helping us to conclude our purchase. Just recently used Nest estates for the first time, would certainly use them again. Our whole experience has been so easy and trouble free. Nest managed to get a very good price for our old house and three offers of the asking price within the first week,one of which we accepted. Not proactive at all, lack of communication between staff, boss highly defensive when challenged, poor quality sale boards (ours had to be repaired/altered 3 times, lack of follow up calls with news on sale progression, no advice given on where to leave house keys prior to completion (we decided of our own volition to hand our keys to the Nest office).

After a busy few weeks moving house, settling in and crazy time at work I have finally found the time to leave a review for our wonderful estate agents who help us sell our home. I’m not just posting it on their page I want to post it on mine too because I think it’s hard to find good estate agents locally and from watching family and friends experiences over the last few months when trying to sell and buy houses using other estate agents (not going to name and shame) but I know we picked the right ones. Nest Estate have been fantastic from start to finish. I called around most of the local agents and the moment I called and spoke to them I knew that i wanted to use them, mostly because they were just so warm and friendly and easy to deal with. Will (who we dealt with most the time) was so professional from the beginning and advised us correctly every step of the way without being too pushy, I felt like it was a collaboration. Matt the owner took some amazing 360 photos and produced a very professional walk through virtual tour of our home. We sold our house on the first day of it going on the market for significantly more than the asking price. We had complications with the sale and it got stressful for a time! Jayne in the office was so kind, professional and calming when I called feeling very stressed and frustrated, (not aimed at the estate agents… aimed at our first buyers who were messing us around then pulled out 😭). They quickly got our properly back on the market and sold it again that day. The housing market has been booming and I’m sure lots of estate agents could have sold our property, but if you are looking estate agents that are not greedy or pushy, lovely to deal with, give honest advice and give you all the time in the world, then I can recommend Nest Estate in Stamford!
