GoogleAfter sending several emails and actually getting responses still no sign of my deposit, its been 4 weeks since i moved out. Not a great position to be in, not sure what to do to get my money back. Rented several places before and had it refunded within couple of days, albeit the current situation still shouldn't delay it by 4 weeks... safe to say i won't be using your agency again.

GoogleI had great experience with Knight Partners during my house-hunting in Stamford. Their Letting Agent, Elizabeth, was far too professional in her approach, courteous in her behavior and showed great experience in handling my requests. I'll give her a 9 on a scale of 1-10👍 I sure will recommend Knight Partners.

GoogleUnfortunately had a bad experience when buying my house with this agent. It wasn't until after I had my offer accepted and I had started legal proceedings that I found out there was a management fee for the area. As this was a cost that would have definitely affected my offer I believe it should have been mentioned prior to agreeing on an offer.

Throughout the process he and his team were quick to respond to queries and concerns, and were helpful and clear generally. The commission charged was competitive.
