If I could give more than five stars, I would because Rockina truly deserves every bit of praise and more. She is, without question, one of the most dedicated, professional, and genuinely kind individuals I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking to. Very disappointing experience dealing with this letting agent, particularly Emma, during the return of my tenancy deposit. I moved out over two months ago and still have not received my deposit back. Even the undisputed portion has been repeatedly delayed despite being acknowledged as owed. Each step of the process seems to require chasing for updates, with responses either coming very late or only after multiple follow‑up emails. What should be a straightforward process has been unnecessarily dragged out. The advice given around deposit deductions was also concerning and appeared to go against the basic principles of tenancy deposit law. Deductions were being justified in ways that did not seem to reflect actual loss, and when I questioned this the responses were vague and dismissive rather than transparent. Throughout the process it has felt less like a professional service and more like a game of delay and pressure, particularly because I did not agree with the deductions being proposed. Instead of dealing with the situation fairly, the process has been prolonged while I continue waiting for money that legally belongs to me. Tenants should expect clear communication, accurate guidance on deposit rules, and a fair and neutral approach when disputes arise. Unfortunately my experience with this agency was the opposite. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and to ensure everything is documented carefully if you rent through them.

My husband and I recently sold our house with Knight Partnership and secured a mortgage through them too. We would definitely recommend them on both scores. They're a small team, but it meant we always knew who we were speaking to. They were professional, approachable, and fully understood our requirements for both our house sale and mortgage. They updated us after every viewing on our house, and were never pushy about what we should do, clearly taking the time to explain our options and answer our questions. After we'd accepted an offer on our house, it took a while for us to find the one we wanted to buy, and then delays elsewhere in the chain meant that it was a slow process. But throughout, Clare kept us up to date, liaising with the other agents in the chain. All in all, we're so glad we went with Knights - they proved themselves to be very competent and we're thankful for their help and reassurance throughout our house selling and buying experience!

How can I begin to say that knight partnership are above and beyond. Isabella’s communication, professionalism and overall care has been extraordinary! Isabella has mainly been dealing with us alongside rockina. We ran into a few issues as my partner had lost ID and new wouldn’t arrive in time. This was extremely nerve wracking for us especially with the organisation around moving. However rockina and Isabella came to us with a solution and clear and quick communication daily to help resolve the issue. Since viewing the property they have given us lots of advice and kindness and we are so grateful for them! The persistent effort to keep us in the loop with everything and to help showed us it’s more than just a job to them. They do really care. Avoid at all costs! I had to wait nearly a month for my deposit to be returned despite emailing the office on a daily basis. Despite having 2 inspections during my one year lease they still kept back a third of my deposit! They have no empathy whatsover towards tenants. I found Ms Westgate abrupt, rude and extremely condescending. The whole concept of customer service seemed alien to her.

We’ve twice used Michael at Knight Partnership; firstly for the purchase of our new home, and a mortgage renewal two years later. Michael is completely honest, open and transparent and put to ease all caution we had around our first time buy.
