GoogleLooking for a property to rent has been stressful with other estate agents but WC Dawson have been fabulous throughout. Great communication and very clear at all times. Megan in particular at the Stalybridge branch was superb. All around zero complaints.

GoogleI Found this estate agents obstructive unhelpful. The vendors left the property over 40 mins and I was waiting for them to contact me to collect the keys. Belinda needs to go on a customer care corse Find someone else to sell your property.

GoogleHave in tenancy agreement “if any problems occur during the length of your tenancy please contact W C Dawson & Son Stalybridge” yet when I’ve called them they told me this isn’t the case and is only for my deposit..... solicitor has found this a fault in the contract and they are liable. To be continued....

GoogleOnly seek to save the landlord when deposits being returned. Couldn't tell the truth if their lives depended on it. Only seek to line there own pockets. Stay well clear. Had bad issues with them as a renter and property owner.

GoogleEnquired 2 weeks ago about renting a property that has been available on their site since January - still awaiting a call back. Never answer there phones. I give up. Don’t bother, they obs don’t want their properties rented. Go elsewhere - I certainly am!!!
