GoogleDawson acted as selling agent for our house. I was really impressed with their professionalism when putting the house on the market - their pricing was realistic and they quickly found us a buyer (a matter of days). Leah and Lauren were great at keeping us up to date throughout the process and chasing our buyers and their solicitor. Dawson also recommended an independent agent to value our house for the help to buy scheme who were also very professional. Thank you all Hannah

GoogleWe have just moved into our new home, thanks to dawsons, in particular Emily. The service we have received throughout the process has been second to none, let me talk a little about Emily. The professionalism, enthusiasm and effort from Emily has been outstanding, we have been in the process of moving for 6 months and from day one Emily has been there every step of the way, nothing was too much trouble, she kept us in the loop and updated at every element of the moving process and we can not thank her enough for making a very stressful time a little easier.

GoogleIt has been a pleasure to work with WC Dawson. Jason, Emily and Wendy were responsive and communicated excellently. Jason's valuation was honest and realistic and he worked with us to set an attractive asking price. Our property was sold on the first day of viewing achieving a great price for us. Wendy and Emily handled the negotiations and dealings with all involved parties ensuring that we completed in very good time. Very happy with the service and hopefully will do business with WC Dawson in the future. Would definitely recommend this estate agent.

GoogleWe wanted to find a buyer of a Tenanted Property we had inherited who would keep the Tennant. Emily did this in a matter of days and whilst the buyers solicitor was poor, Emilys tenacity and confidence ensured we got there in the end. Great Communications. All in all a great experience and Emily is a huge asset to W C Dawson.

GoogleOur property’s Letting was managed by W C DAWSON & SON since 2018, initially when Brendon Mann was manager we had some problem with the tenant which I reported to the agency management then Mr Richard wood himself took over Brendon left the agency & Richard worked hard to set the things right ,since then we have no complaints what so ever rather all appreciations only.All other letting, account & sales staffs carmellina Mitchel & Belinda are very pleasant & helpful.when we decided to sale the property they helped us all the way until the completion hence I will strongly recommend the agency for letting sale or purchase without any hesitation.
