I bought from W C Dawson earlier in 2020 and the team there professionally negotiated the purchase and progressed matters to a smooth completion. I refurbished the property and went back to them. They gave sound advice on the marketing and price once I was ready to resell. Covid delayed things a bit but I am very pleased with the price we achieved and service throughout. I am very pleased so far! I viewed a property and put in application that day and within 4 days I got a call to say I have the place to rent! Emma has been amazing! Before I viewed the property she was sending me emails with properties to rent and when I found one she was happy to ring me to confirm I want to view it! She kept me up to date with the reference process and they are now doing some repairs before I move in which am so happy they are dealing with it now before I move in! I am so happy with everything and I just want to say thank you so much Emma!!!

What a Fantastic Team !!! Where shall I start? I have been involved with W.C. Dawson & Son for the last 20 years having bought, sold and let my properties with them. I have always found the team to be extremely helpful, enthusiastic and keen to keep everyone up to date and in the loop when dealing with unforeseen issues and obstacles than often occur during the process. Over the years I have dealt with many of their colleagues who i have always found to be most helpful, resourceful, excellent communicators who above all show a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done. Having recently sold a property with W.C. Dawson & Son i can honestly say i am exceptionally happy with the manner in which the sale was completed given some of the issues that were presented towards the end of the sale. This demonstrates the high level of communication and professionalism within the team for which i cannot rate them enough. A massive Thank You to Andrew, Sophie and Belinda in the Sales team. AVOID! These estate agents are absolute timewasters and cowboys. Suzanne is quite possibly the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in any customer service environment. We had such terrible service whilst trying to apply for a property that we ripped up the applications and left before we got any further into their shocking service and listening to their bad attitudes. Would not encourage others to fund this shambles of a business and will deter any friends/family who may consider using them to rent/sell/buy in the future. Go elsewhere, there’s far nicer estate agents in the area who treat you with respect.
