If M&B ever let her go or don't promote her immediately then you as a company are doing something wrong haha.
With many challenges linked with my sale (Not the agents fault in any way at all) Gina had gone above and beyond in every way with after sales support! She was available out of hours, probably done more chasing and following up than my actual solicitor and just had really pushed hard to get my sale pushed through.

GoogleI really wanted to share an extremely positive experience with Minors & Brady... My sale took considerably longer than expected but thankfully Gina Page in their aftersales team was on call. Fantastic empathy shown by Gina and sincere approach in everything she does. I received constant updates throughout the process and prompt replies to emails. Nothing was too much trouble, however impatient and sometimes frustrated I became!
Gina would chase everything up and come back to me with an update. Important this level of service is recognised by the team their, as she deserves special recognition for a job well done. Rare to come across this level of service once the sale has been made but I am thankful and would recommend Minors & Brady and in particular the aftercare they provide. Thank you Gina... GoogleMinors and Brady, Wroxham were excellent when buying my house through them - Cassandra Creek went out of her way to help when things took a turn for the worse - my buyer suddenly decided to reduce his offer dramatically very late in the process, but Cass managed to go down the chain and renegotiate the price of the property I was buying, which was time consuming and took a lot of work on her part. The sale wouldn't have gone through without her, I would highly recommend her and Minors and Brady.
