What a great branch so friendly

Just recently sold my father’s old house and I’m looking to buy a new place to call home. I was in Lowestoft, and went to a couple of estate agents. No one had what I wanted. Then I went into minors & Brady. I was greeted with smile and a warm welcome by Connor. I told him what I was looking for he gave me some leaflets. He made some great suggestions. Good Customer Service Experience

I found the staff I dealt with friendly and knowledgeable. Joe was very good on face to face meetings with potential tenants and Beth was good on the administration so the experience was good all round.I have used the service on a few occasions now and have found Minors and Brady better than some of the competition.
